HomeSense is a free home-tour tool designed to help buyers record important details, compare properties, and remember what stood out after each showing. Instead of relying on memory alone, buyers can evaluate each home using the same organized set of categories.

Use HomeSense to note property features, condition concerns, estimated costs, location factors, and personal impressions. The tool is intended to support an informed discussion with your real estate agent. It is not a property inspection, appraisal, environmental assessment, repair estimate, or substitute for professional advice.

Information entered into HomeSense should be based on your own observations and the property information available to you.
